PART TIME ROLES:

Check back soon, we are growing and will be listing new positions as they come up!

WHO IS GREAT WORK?

Great Work is committed to supporting the quality, stability and expansion of Montessori education through high fidelity teacher training and professional development, innovative programming with an emphasis on adolescent years, and the cultivation of tools, curriculum and resources that will better support educators and education institutions to serve the needs of students.

Great Work is a young non-profit, and one whose ambitions currently outweigh its infrastructure. We are a work in progress, learning, iterating and continually working to develop and maintain effective systems that support and enable our work so that we can deliver on our bold ambitions. We aspire to be a leading non-profit with all organization operations reflecting the same values, strength, and intention that we bring to our work with students, educators, and the community.

Our expectations are high, our strategic plan is ambitious and to excel on our team, you must be up for a challenge, but if you’re still reading and interested, you might be a good fit.

To apply for any position, please email an interesting (meaning, not, stock, boring or typical) cover letter and your resume to team@greatworkinc.org and include your name in the subject line.

Joy, feeling one’s own value, being appreciated and loved by others, feeling useful and capable of production are all factors of enormous value for the human soul.
