Music is a universal means of self-expression, and unique in every culture. Children are naturally drawn to music. When exposed to a rich variety of instruments, styles, and composers, children form auditory impressions that lay the groundwork for future studies in music, art, history, and cultural geography. In this workshop, participants will learn about the progression of music appreciation materials and how to use them at home or in the Primary classroom. You don’t need to be a musician to appreciate music with children!
